About Gator

30 Years. 48 States. One Standard.

"I didn't build this brand to sell books. I built it because nobody wrote down what I needed to know when I was coming up."

I started in the trade not knowing what I was doing — just knowing I needed to do something that mattered. Thirty years later, I've pulled wire across 48 states, led crews on some of the most demanding projects in the country, and finished my most recent ticket at the Kennedy Space Center on the ML2 Mobile Launcher with Bechtel.

I'm a Master Electrician and Foreman with IBEW Local 756 out of Baxley, Georgia. And I'm the author of two books written for the men and women who do the real work — the apprentices, the journeymen, and the foremen carrying a crew on their back every day.

Daily Wireman Wisdom is the platform I built to put everything I know in writing. For the next generation. No filler. Field-tested.

The Books

Written for the Trade. Built to Last.

01
Your Name Is Your Currency
A Letter to My Son

This started as a letter. Forty-five chapters later, it became a memoir of everything the road taught me — the long pulls, the hard crews, the mentors who changed everything, and the mistakes I made before I figured out what my name was actually worth. Written for my sons. Read by tradespeople across the country.

Your Work Is Your Signature
Eighteen Laws of the Craftsman's Code

The second book takes what the memoir showed and breaks it into principle. Eighteen Laws. Every one of them earned on a job site, not in a classroom. From Respect to The Hidden Standard — this is the code that separates craftsmen from workers.
